Don’t grow impatient and walk away from God!
2Cor.4:16-18 “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
Psa.27:13 “I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.’”
Isa.40:29 “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”
Paul said, Love believeth all, hopes all, endures all.
Impossibilities are God’s delight; miracles are borne at the height of faith!
It’s the time not to give in or give up, but to stand firm, to rest in Him by faith, to believe for what you don’t see, to prove your faith, and see the salvation of our God.
Gal.6:9 “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
God never breaks His promises; hasty men make themselves liars, not God!
Num.23:19 “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good”
Lk.5:33 “Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.”
Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;’
Don’t use your mind to calculate the possibilities in God, -- our simple obedience to faithful commands create a whole new world of possibilities in God!
Therefore, if it became necessary, you wouldn’t need money to buy bread for food!
For one or for a multitude.
1Kings 5:4 “And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.” V.6 “And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.”
Matt.15:36 “And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples and the disciples to the multitude.”
Neh.9:15 “And gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to possess the land which thou hadst sworn to give them.”
You don’t need rivers to get water!
2 Kings 3:17 “For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.”
Exo.17:6 “Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.”
You don’t need earth moving equipment, money, or a plane to get over your mountain.
Mark 11:23 “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”
You don’t need to be young to have babies; menopause is at times His starting point!
Gen.18:13-14 “And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old; is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”
You don’t need missiles and nuclear weapons to win wars! Whether physical or spiritual battles, we need to look to the Lord.
2 Chro.20:15 “And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.”
1Sam.17:46-47 “This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord's, and he will give you into our hands.”
We most often fight un-necessary wars, when we hope without faith!
I’d rather wait for Him, than run wild with vain expectations!
Psa.33:16-20 “There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.”
The words of the boastful are full of intimidating words, but devoid of power, it tingles the ears of the fearful, but the faithful rise above it all.
Fear creates alternatives to God’s best for us, don’t fear the magnitude of your given vision, and don’t be stopper, slowed down or even give thought to past failures by your past failures! They have no power or impact on your future if you believe God is greater than your failures.
Don’t be intimidated by trials, surely they’ll come but no matter what, we must grow beyond fear in faith and most importantly don’t settle for the crumbs. We can receive God’s best for our lives, our families, and our church.
We don’t have to settle for second best, we are not beggars, but sons and daughters of the Almighty, the God of the universe, children of the king.
If you need deliverance, it’s the children’s bread. If a woman of
Canaan, with no rights or privileges, no covenant before God could get deliverance for her daughter, how much more can we who are children of covenant, with promises and an inheritance receive that which we need from our Lord?
Matt.15:24-28 “Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me. But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and cast it to dogs. And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.”
If a heathens faith can receive the blessing, how much more the faith of the children of the king?
