Deut.29:29 “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.”
I believe in the relevance of the prophetic ministry this season, for there are indeed prophets of God’s. And God is speaking to us through His prophets. We have already received some wonderful prophecies but we must remember that we have a part in the fulfillment of some prophecies that God speaks to us. They don’t just all happen by themselves.
We must remember that the main reason for prophecies according to 1Co 14:3. is “But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.” Yet that is not the totality of all prophecy. Though most prophecies are usually positive encouragement and not for negative news, there are prophets who reveal things from the angle of the Watchmen; and Watchmen are Gatekeepers; and Gatekeepers can only see to warn. Hope and encouragement is given, but only to those who will heed the warnings.
Isa 62:6 “I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O
,” Jer 6:17 “Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken.” Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence
Scottish jurist and historian, Professor Sir Alex Fraser Tyler (1742-1813): wrote: "A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largess from the public treasury. From that time on the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the results that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the worlds greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to complacency;
from complaceny to apathy;
from apathy to dependency;
from dependency back again to bondage".
When you look at this progression, you have to look at
as it fits into that progression. We have already been following the prediction of people learning to vote for themselves the benefits of the public treasury and many looking to the government for a handout and benefits for themselves, for personal gain at the expense of others. We have long passed the point of abundance, selfishness and complacency, even in the church. We are at the point between apathy and dependency, which is growing stronger and stronger and will lead ultimately to the bondage of dictatorship. America
This last piece of the progression of going to dependency that leads to bondage began with the traitorous president F.D. Roosevelt, of which I can’t go into in this message. It’s amazing that one who betrayed his country to such a degree is seen as a shining political hero to one political party in
But we (speaking of us in this church body) are not the
United States, Britain, Australia, Canadaor any other nation that has been colonized - or occupied like Japan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Palestine, Afghanistanand Iraq, or turned into a communist country, like Russia, Chinaand Cuba.
"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy." (I Peter 2:9-10). God's Word has called us to a total separation from unbelief, and we are free!
Henry Kissinger, former Secretary of State under Nixon, once considered a great foreign policy expert, now considered a war criminal by many, at the Bilderberger Conference, 1991 said; "Today,
Americawould be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or contrived, that threatened our very existence. . . When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by the World Government".
(ex-Russian president, Zbigniew Brzezinski, wrote in The Grand Chessboard, p. 211)."As
becomes an increasingly multicultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstances of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat" America
